The Golden Papaya Experience

The Golden Papaya Experience

Some of y’all have been with me since before my dad passed away. You’ve watched me navigate one of the darkest seasons of my life. You’ve seen me experience domestic violence for the first time. You’ve seen the abandonment, the heartbreak, the love, the disappointment, and the moments where people kicked me while I was already down.

There were nights I slept from couch to couch, wondering what life was trying to teach me.

A lot of people see me as unavailable or distant, but the truth is… I’m so full of love. I just didn’t have the best experiences with people in general. Not because I was a bad person, but because I allowed too many people close enough to hurt me. Those experiences made me guard my heart. But I want to heal that. I want to be able to be ok without overthinking. I’m just quiet now. So if I’m at a group table or outing, I tend to dissociate. I know right! But I mean nothing personal to anyone. Oftentimes, we tend to become too observant and overwhelm ourselves. I want to fix this!

I’ve isolated myself for the past few years. Have you ever had those moments where you’re like, “Omg, I really want to meet new people…” but then you pull yourself back because fear creeps in? That anxiety starts talking, and before you know it, you’re thinking, “Never mind.” Then it’s right back to your room you go. If you’ve felt that before, trust me… you’re not the only one. I’m working through it too.

I spent years pouring from an empty cup, trying to heal while still showing up for everyone else.

But my experiences are not my destination.

I’m learning. I’m growing. I’m healing.

That’s why this workshop means so much to me.

This isn’t just about herbs, teas, or holistic medicine. Those are beautiful tools, but healing goes much deeper than what’s in a bottle. This is about getting to the root. Reconnecting with yourself. Understanding your pain. Reclaiming your peace. Planting new seeds where hurt once lived.

The Golden Papaya Workshop was created from my own journey—not because I’ve arrived, but because I’m committed to healing alongside other women. This is a safe space where we can learn, release, and remind ourselves that healing doesn’t have to happen alone.

If you’ve ever felt broken, abandoned, overlooked, or like you’ve been carrying the weight of the world by yourself… this space was created with you in mind.

Have you subscribed yet to be a part of this healing experience? What is something you want to heal from?
