All sales are final on all natural made products, unused, or consumable products including teas, tinctures, herbal blends, and personal-care items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll make it right with a full refund or replacement. Items must be reported within this window to be eligible.

Business Days: Wednesday – Saturday

 

Business Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Closed: Sunday – Tuesday

Processing Timeframe: Orders require 7–14 business days for processing. Business days are counted as our active working days (Wednesday–Saturday only). All holidays are excluded from processing and response timeframes.

EVERY SINGLE ITEM IS HANDMADE, AND SHIPPED, CAREFULLY BY ONE PERSON, NOT MANUFACTURED.
